Juan L. Tafolla's race for Kennett Square Borough Council 

Thank you! Today, Kennett Square makes history in electing its youngest elected official in Kennett history. Not just did we become the youngest elected official, but it’s also the first time in Kennett history that two Hispanics are elected at the same time in the borough. I want to say thank you! For the support I’ve received during my campaign and during the election yesterday. This could not have been possible without YOU. Yesterday, we had a record turnout for an off-year election for Kennett, from young folks coming out to vote to almost half of our registered voters making it to the polls yesterday!

I am truly honored to be elected to this office and to get the opportunity to serve the great people of Kennett Square! I want to thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the support and love I received during my candidacy, especially from the leadership of my party, our elected officials, my family, friends, and especially members of TEAM TAFOLLA. This would not have been possible without you! Thank you to the amazing people and voters that I met during the campaign trail around the borough. This especially would’ve not been possible without YOUR support!
